Water-based energy within the earth has limitless availability, can be produced constantly, is not dependent on seasonal variability, and is not at risk from any negative weather-related impact like other forms of renewable energy that are sourced from surface resources like wind and solar. Astero Energy’s technology provides an Always-On energy resource, that can be reliably produced globally wherever and whenever needed.
Cost Effective
Astero Energy is the sole innovator of multi-resource energy generation from a single subsurface reservoir allowing us to generate thermal, kinetic and chemical energy together from a small footprint location, using modular equipment and construction methods. This results in minimum environmental impact and lower energy generation facility and infrastructure development costs. When combined with operational efficiencies and cost savings provided through the use of existing drilling technology used for resource acquisition, additional cost reductions are realized. Globally, the value of energy production from resources within the earth, like geothermal for example, is recognized and poised for rapid development and growth which will result in further technological advancement, and additional cost reductions as the technology becomes widely implemented around the world.
